"Still holding up after a ton of trips"
I bought my Away carry-on about two years ago and, it’s been through a lot. Like… work trips, quick weekend flights, and even one road trip that got way messier than expected. The outside definitely has some scuffs now, but nothing is cracked or actually damaged. The wheels still roll really smoothly, and the handle somehow isn’t wobbly at all, which I kind of expected by this point. So yeah, it’s held up way better than any carry-on I’ve owned before

I love that everything has its own spot now. Packing used to feel like such a hassle, but this makes it way less annoying and just a lot more organized

"Plenty of room without the hassle"
I picked up an Away suitcase mainly for work trips, the packing space has been really solid. I can fit shoes, clothes, toiletries, and all the usual stuff without having to wrestle it shut, which is kind of the whole point of a good suitcase. The inside layout makes it easy to keep things organized too. I used it for a 6-day trip and didn’t even need to bring an extra bag.

"Still looks good after a couple trips"
I’ve taken this on two trips so far, one for a weekend visit and another longer one where it got tossed around a bit at the airport, and it’s only barely scratched. I was expecting it to look more beat up since I’m not exactly gentle with my stuff, especially when I’m rushing around with luggage, but it’s held up well so far.

"Finally, something that doesn’t wobble"
I’ve dealt with way too many shelves and racks that start shaking the second you actually put stuff on them, so this was a relief. I packed it full and it still stayed steady. No annoying wobble, no feeling like it’s about to tip over, just solid the way it should be.

After a few trips, the handle on my suitcase started having issues, so I reached out to Away about getting it replaced. Was I hoping for an instant reply? Of course. It took a bit, but they did get back to me and asked for a couple of photos. After that, the process was straightforward. They sent out a replacement, and it arrived in good shape. It took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but what more can you ask for if they make it right in the end? Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Super handy for long airport days"
I’ve been really happy with my Away suitcase so far. On a long travel day, it made a bigger difference than I expected because every airport outlet was either taken or in some awkward spot. I was able to charge my phone twice and still had some battery left, which was such a relief. The battery also pops out easily, so security wasn’t a hassle at all. I wouldn’t say everyone needs this feature, but if you travel a lot or get stuck in airports often, it’s genuinely convenient. I’d buy it again.

"Good bag, but kind of a hassle when packed full"
I’ve used my Away carry-on a couple of times now, and overall it does fit a surprising amount and rolls really smoothly. That said, once it’s fully packed, the handle feels a little wobbly, which makes dragging it around more effort than I expected. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I definitely noticed it while traveling

Had a problem with my bag and reached out to the warranty team. They got it sorted in the end, even though it took a few extra days. Not totally sure what happened with that part, but it’s all good now.

"Heads up: the color is actually true to the photos"
Just a quick warning for anyone stressing over the color before ordering an Away bag: mine showed up last week, and it looks pretty much exactly like the photos on the site. I was fully expecting some weird shade difference in person, but nope, the color is spot on. No unpleasant surprise when I opened the box.

I’ve taken this bag on a bunch of trips over the years, and it’s still in great shape. Obviously, I don’t expect any bag to stay perfect forever, but with normal use, this one has held up really well and still does the job.

"Easy Return, No Stress"
I had to return a suitcase, it was way easier than I expected. The return label came through quickly, I sent it back, and the refund showed up a few days later. What more can you really ask for? No hassle, no chasing anyone down, happy with the whole process.
